Orders & Payments

1.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal (for international and online payments), Bank Deposit (Saint Lucia), and Cash on Delivery within Saint Lucia.

2. How long do I have to complete payment?
Bank deposits and Cash on Delivery orders must be confirmed or completed within 24 hours, or the order may be cancelled.

3.How do I confirm my order?
After placing your order, you may be contacted via WhatsApp or email to confirm details, especially for Cash on Delivery or bank deposit orders.

Shipping & Pickup

1.Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Pickup is available in Castries, Saint Lucia, in front of Blue Coral Mall. Details will be confirmed after your order is placed.

2.Do you ship within the Caribbean?
Yes, we ship to select Caribbean countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.

3.Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, international shipping is available. Orders must be paid online using PayPal.

4.How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping carrier.

Sizing & Products

1.How do I choose the correct size?

2.Are your pieces adjustable?
Many of our items include adjustable extension chains for a flexible fit.

3.Are all items handmade?
Yes, all Beaded Couture pieces are handcrafted with care. Slight variations may occur and are part of the handmade process.

2.Are Luxe items custom-made?
Some Luxe pieces may be made to order. Please contact us for custom sizing or special requests.

Returns & Refunds

1.Do you accept returns?
Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2.Are all items refundable?
Due to hygiene reasons, waist chains, anklets, earrings, and custom items are non-refundable unless damaged.
