Slight variations in bead placement, color, or design may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. These variations are not considered defects.Due to the nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only in the case of:

• Damaged items
• Incorrect items received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To request a return, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A description of the issue

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or replacement.

International Orders

Due to the nature of international shipping, international orders are considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Waist chains
• Anklets
• Earrings
• Custom orders
• Items from the Beaded Couture Luxe collection

These items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Exchanges

In cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer either:

• A replacement item (if available), or
• A store credit for the value of the product.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

• The product cannot be replaced, and
• The issue is verified by our team.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method when possible.

For bank deposit payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been prepared or processed.

Orders placed through Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit must be confirmed within 24 hours. Unconfirmed orders may be automatically cancelled.
